The service was terrible and the staff were extremely rude. They definitely need proper customer service training. The authorities should take immediate action to either retrain the staff or replace them, as they clearly don’t know how to communicate respectfully with customers. They treat customers as though they are an inconvenience, which is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

I've changed to using this post office as ive recently had very bad service at my local post office. I've had to join a long queue once, but the other times I haven't had to wait long. Very polite service with no issues! I drive past my local one twice a day & still prefer to come here!

It would be quicker to walk to town, get on the train to St Albans and walk in to town there and post a parcel than waiting here. I recommend that if your letter is going anywhere under 50 miles away then just take it, you’ll still be home earlier.
