Really helpful, friendly woman behind the counter. I was using the post office to collect Amazon deliveries and she was happy to just see my ID and that my name was on the parcels. She didn't ask me to reel out loads of tracking numbers like some of them do. I'm only holding back from giving them five stars because the queue was a bit long and they only had one member of staff dealing with it.
