- MRMary RobertsFeb 18, 20265.0I use the post office quite often and always have friendly helpful service. Today I needed to post a parcel to USA and the counter clerk, Dawn, was so very helpful. She told me what options I had and gave me all the information I needed to help make a decision. I never felt rushed and was not made to feel a nuisance. I was aware that the other member of staff ( sorry didn't get her name), was also helping a customer in a friendly and patient manner. Great to meet friendly helpful service - thank you Dawn.

I had packaged them separately and the postage was going to be £22! The lovely lady who served me suggested she tape them together so that it would cost £14 instead. She was most helpful, patient and friendly. I cannot recommend this service enough!
