Getting anything done at this post office is like pulling teeth. On a recent visit to simply take out some travel money, we had to wait whilst the single member of staff behind the counter noticed us but refused to acknowledge our presence, even though we were the only customers queueing. Said staff member was totally disinterested, rather rude, and took a long time to process the request while a big queue built up behind us - honestly, a sloth could have done it quicker! I have been served by them in the past and they were exactly the same on previous occasions, so unfortunately this wasn't just an off day. I understand that working in customer service can't be easy, but the attitude of staff here (at least, that person in particular) is incredibly poor and I avoid it whenever I can.

Avoid if you can! My experience was similar to those mentioned in the other 1 star reviews. Staff are dithering, poorly trained, and curmudgeonly. Great place to go for first and second class stamps, along with a healthy dose of third class customer service.

It is beyond belief how this place is in business, very rude, unhelpful member of staff, working alone, at the pace of a snial on a go slow ! No less than 25 people in a queue reaching the exit door, her life has just become slightly easier because i won't be going back, so 1 customer less to serve, please take refements with you and allow 1 hour to be served when you go in there,
