Absolutely disgraceful.I don't want to rate it one star. Staff are rude unhelpful. How they call it a post office it is embarrassing for Royal mail they need to have a look in to that post office. I DO NOT recommend this so called post office.

Good provisions in place for safety around covid. Post Office staff are always helpful. Good range of things in the shop. I get the impression the staff are quite stressed though but they seem to be extremely busy. Usually have to queue to get in but I feel safe when in the shop.

Should not be advertised as a post office open until 10 when it is not that. It should be clear that it is a shop until late and a post office until 5. Store assistant did not even suggest where else to go when he declined to even take a letter to be posted
