On a recent visit to simply take out some travel money, we had to wait whilst the single member of staff behind the counter noticed us but refused to acknowledge our presence, even though we were the only customers queueing. Said staff member was totally disinterested, rather rude, and took a long time to process the request while a big queue built up behind us - honestly, a sloth could have done it quicker! I have been served by them in the past and they were exactly the same on previous occasions, so unfortunately this wasn't just an off day. I understand that working in customer service can't be easy, but the attitude of staff here (at least, that person in particular) is incredibly poor and I avoid it whenever I can.
