- TWTegan Westwood6 days ago1.0Wait times were very long and staff were enormously rude and patronising, rudely exclaiming I've done it wrong (because said my parcel was a large letter, not a smaller parcel - even though it met the weight allocation). Would not recommend.

They don't provide the services stated , eg Print free label drop offs! don't let you pay cash in even when First Direct pay for their customers to be able to use this service. As explained to me by teller at first direct and the staff are extremely rude! when I requested to speak to a manager they were more un helpful!!!!! Shocking !!!!!! I only put one star as I can't post without any stars!

Today, while a huge queue was building up, one of the staff members was casually making herself a coffee instead of helping customers. It honestly feels like nobody cares how long people are waiting. The whole place is run like a joke. Avoid if you value your time.
