- JRJuliette Ryan5 days ago1.0Unnecessarily rude staff. The lady behind the counter had a go at me because I dropped off a parcel in an envelope like you're supposed to... And then she was like "no take it out of that because I don't want a hardback envelope", so I had to unwrap it in the middle of the shop without scissors and I was left with a piece of cardboard envelope (less than A4!) and I said can I pop it on your bin then and she was extremely rude about how she doesn't have space and can't take everyone's parcels. All I've done is drop my parcel as Amazon have specified. I actually cannot believe this level of completely unprompted rudeness. Go absolutely anywhere else but here.

When I tried to hand over the first pack was rudely told to take it out of the box, other places are fine taking them in the packs they came in. When I started to take the second item out of the pack she rudely told me to keep it in the pack.

Finally she took the parcels keeping her mobile on her shoulder talking to whoever was on the phone. As she was taking some time and not looking at me I said ‘I can pay by Card’thinking I would just say something rather than stare. Snapped at me ‘still doing this’ as she stuck labels on my parcels so I apologized.2 minute visit became over 5 and horribly uncomfortable.Have to 😂 as avoided it for months-she clearly does not read the reviews.Go to Stanmore Post Office if you live in Badger Farm they don’t make you feel like you should apologize for turning up!
