- LDLol DJun 26, 20251.0I took in a CD to mail to The US. I was served by Owen. I asked to send my package via the cheapest method (I suggested surface mail). He said the cheapest would be £12. I queried this because I knew it should cost less than £10. At this point Owen stormed off saying I was rude leaving me standing at the counter. Eventually 2 women appeared to help me and they said my package would cost £8 to send. By this time there were about 8 customers behind me waiting to be served. So, to sum up, this chap Owen had tried to charge me 50% over the going rate. So he's either incompetent or dishonest. It makes me wonder how many people have been over charged by him.
- RLRtech LabJul 27, 20221.0Find another Post Office. Opening hours are clearly till 10pm. Walked in at 5pm to be told "were closed" No sorry, explanation or anything. When questioned I'm simply told the listing is wrong. Its blatantly obvious this post office exists purely because it has to, not because they want to offer the service. What used to be a really nice little post office is a waste of space now.

Only 2 of those times have they had a sign on the door saying that the have closed early or opening late. Either way very disappointed that they have not been open when I've tried to use their services. Also almost always have a massive queue. Clearly they need more staff or need to re-publise their opening hours online to reflect their staffing issues. Grossly disappointed with this branch
