A week ago I sent my parcel and used their service people there help me and make me understood every service and correct me with size of the parcel and make me understand the difference prices and services, staff are lovely and helpful I recommend everyone should this small post office.

I recently posted a medium parcel here, but the staff member told me because the parcel was over 2kg it is considered a large parcel, so they charged me an extra £30. Later found out that the weight limit for medium parcels is 20kg, not 2kg. Absolute scammers.
