Then, when he did eventually acknowledge me, he tried to charge me £9 something to send my small ring box off. He tried to lie and said it wouldn’t fit through a letter box and I had to send as a bigger item, even though that’s how it was sent to me. I told him I’ll go to Bitterne Post Office instead, they only charged me £3.15, was polite and friendly, and didn’t lie about the size of the item. Scam.
