- BLBimmy LeeMay 5, 20261.0A review for the new owners, been going here for years, I agree with the old owner reviews, the ladies were often rude but always did their job anyway, the new owners, a lady over charged me for a large letter after I watched her measure it up with the letterbox template thingy (if you know you know) the thin cardboard dvd size letters went right though & then she didn't tell me how much it was but when I went to pay I noticed it said large parcel, asked her about it, she said it was correct & then put it through the slot & then measured it again & said oops sorry... Went to pay with my card & it asked for my pin? I was wondering why? The manager was trying to do a 'cash withdrawal' with my card which I think maybe illegal? He explained it was because of THEIR error, probably a book fiddle Seen this all too often recently with all these post office take overs, doesn't help that their English isn't the best either.

I have to use them all the time and I dread it because they are very rude and make you feel bad for doing absolutely anything here. Please go somewhere else if you can because these ladies want to hurt your feelings for giving them something to do at work.
