Extremely incompetent staff. I asked twice to confirm the correct start date was entered, yet they still messed up my road tax. This lack of professionalism and basic focus has cost me £70, which has basically gone down the drain. No apology was offered and no way to rectify their own mistake on the spot. I would strongly suggest going to a different Post Office if you want your paperwork done correctly and your money handled with care.
