1 particularly rude member of staff. Sounded like she couldn’t think of a worse place to be, despite my attempt to be polite upbeat. Shame.

Wonderful.Visited this morning,I was sending a parcel to my son in New Zealand. It was to cost me over £50 postage. They suggested I take the packaging out of the box,and put the contents into a padded envelope. They carefully took the wrapping paper off and rewrapped the contents. My postage cost was reduced to £23. Wonderful kind staff.Thank you.

Arrived this evening to drop off a pre-paid parcel. Website says open till 22:00. I arrived at 20:25 and was told they are closed. Ridiculous way to conduct business. Either phone first or go elsewhere.
