The 2 ladies Vicki and Sarah were very helpful and sorted the problem very efficiently with friendliness and great customer service. I was provided with relevant information to make sure I could track parcel and send safely, enabling me to solve a problem with buyer. Both ladies really were fab and made me glad I chose this branch. Well done and thank you so much 👍🏻
