- KGKaty GambleMay 7, 20261.0The older man in the shop was very rude the first time I went in there with a return parcel as the qr wouldn’t scan it needed to be printed. so I printed label sent daughter in who’s 14 and she came out in tears!!! the lady was ok tried explaining wasn’t clear enough to scan but the older bloke yet again very arrogant and rude would use any other post office but AVOID HERE there rude offensive and lack any respect! 😡 talking to an adult like crap is one thing but a minor wow hopefully you learn how to speak to people properly won’t be seeing any of my money in there!! Practically threw the parcel back at me and told me to go elsewhere all because I asked why he was being rude!!
- GGGApr 24, 20265.0With full honesty, this is the best Post Office experience I have had from any PO in the country. Over the years I have used many, and most treat you as an inconvenience. This is not the case here. Infact very far from it. I have used them ever since moving to the area for many purchases, from items in the shop to big bulk buying of stamps for my Company, to arranging my travel money. All the staff are always so very helpful, and it seems nothing is too much trouble. A lot of other Post Offices could learn a lot from spending a few hours here on the edges of the New Forest. Thank you for great service and a great welcome, something that seems to lack in many business these days.

- SCSarah CottonDec 18, 20231.0I come in today to collect a parcel. Whilst in the shop a lady and her dog was in front of me. The staff told her that dogs were not aloud. All she wanted is to be served at the post office. Which they rudely rejected. So I offered to take her dog outside whilst she was severed. She come out to take her dog. Which a member of staff followed, and I can’t remember what she said word for word. But was so very rude! Telling her to take her skanky dog! Not what I would expect from a member of staff to the elderly and get dog. Disgusting behaviour.!
- RLRobert LankfordAug 19, 20235.0I like the ability to locate a nearby free car parking spot, and then pop into a local shop. Sometimes you are required to wait, maybe up to 5 minutes, but I factor this in. The shop is popular with us locals, so it can be busy. Great cards, and stationery.
