Would put Zero. Do not trust them with your parcels. Last year one got sent back and I never received the £27 postage back. This year I spent £60 on a parcel for Canada. They filled the forms incorrectly AGAIN. The parcel is now stuck with Evri and I can't speak to a human there or at the post office. It says return to sender but Evri say I need to claim compensation. Considering the contents were worth £120 and for some reason he's wrote on the receipt £45 I think I will struggle to get compensation, there is also the postage, so I have lost £180. Also some very disappointed children in Canada. They also lost one of my cheques last year and refused to take responsibility. AVOID at all costs. Not fit for purpose.
