Went yesterday and it was closed for lunch - no sign on the glass and a bunch of people queuing for nothing looking angry. Returned today and the queue is huge, one person serving. Every time I go it is the same, you’d think they would have two people serving. Shop staff and customers having to dodge around the queue trying to restock the fridge.

No notice on the window to say when it would be open again, asked at the shop who kindly told me and they weren’t opening until 2.20pm. Particular time to open. Large number of people joined the queue so a lot of angry pensioners. To top it off the post box outside of the post office only gets collected once a day so further delaying mail. When Royal Mail is on the decline, you would have thought they would be doing all they can to keep customers not driving them away
