- AAAnonymousGirlJan 2, 20261.0Post office opening hours don't mat h the website. Have visited today at 1135 and there is a sign saying it closed at 1130. Really poor service here and is a regular occurrence. Literally have to guess if it will be open or not.
- MEMark EtheridgeSep 21, 20231.0Went there to collect a small parcel as the Royal mail wouldn't give me the option to collect it from the Voyager Park depot, and i didn't want to anoy my neighbours with the parcel. Got there after finishing early to find out it had been shut on Thursday 21/9/23 due to a "network upgrade". Coudn't find anywhere online advising that this would be the case. Now hoping that I get a chance to collect it before they return the parcel as i work silly hours. Based on the reviews of others i will not be booking a day off as i have no idea if they are ever open or will stick to their posted opening hours. Would love to give 0 stars.

When reminded that they close at 5 (this was at 4.40) to then be told oh we don’t have enough staff (there were 5 on shift). Either close it down completely or staff it properly. Every sector is suffering but this is beyond a joke.
