Only because ZERO does not exist. The man behind the counter has a "threatening" behaviour, at best... He threw my parcel on the floor because I had difficulty understanding him, he grabbed my phone off my hand and started scrolling, he also called me stupid... He obviously does not grasp that his behaviour is unacceptable. I left the shop feeling somewhat "degraded", my heart was thumping and I felt sick. I recommend women to be cautious there

No 2nd class stamps available!
Also, assistant tried to turn my parcel away saying too large. I refuted this and he passed me the tape measure. I had to show him the dimensions. Once complete, he just threw my parcel on the floor.....it had fragile tape on!
Won't return.....Highcliffe PO is so much better.

Too busy speaking on phone while serving people. Sent some cards off and asked the man to check lottery ticket and he said it wouldn't go through so no lucky dip. Got ticket done at another shop and there was a lucky dip. This is the second time this has happened.
