I'd already made the mistake of trying out the Above Bar PO, in Southampton, so thought I'd visit here on my way to see my sister in New Milton. What a difference. I was seen almost immediately and the man who served me was courteous and efficient. The process is very complicated and this meant people queuing behind me were forced to endure the time this took...please accept my apologies!! Added to this, others doing their business banking and you could see the queues building. At least there were two seats...more would be better...so at least some could sit and rest. Very friendly staff. Too many display units and not enough seating for the disabled, elderly and those with young children. Recommended...but maybe avoid Monday mornings?
