Pre paid parcels were examined so carefully, then the woman made a point of saying the parcels were 1cm too high, I said they were official boxes and said don’t worry, I’ll take it else where, then she back tracked saying I was going to accept it anyway. Why the hassle. I’ve used over 100 of these boxes with no problems. I’ll use Stubbington in future, quicker service and better mannered. If she dislikes her job that much she needs a career change or is she just a jobs worth.
