Terrible service and no apology. They refused to give me my parcel I’d gone in to collect as they were doing post office back office tasks in the afternoon and the till was out of action. The staff in the shop were very unhelpful telling me to come back the next day. So I had the inconvenience of making a second trip. The counter is also never staffed and not every staff member is trained on post office tasks so you have to wait for someone to spot you before you’re served or for them to walk around finding someone to help.

Arrived at 5.15pm to be told that they close at 5pm even though online it says 5.30pm. Posting so others don't have a wasted journey.

The post office isn’t open until 10pm anymore as they are short staffed. New times for post office are 9am to 5:30pm.
It’s a shame as I could use the post office after work when it used to be open late.
