- ZWZander WebbJan 15, 20241.0Terrible post office. Not got a clue what they are doing. Staff member and Manager (on the phone) claimed they don’t do Drop&Go. I have used that service there before. They lost/didn’t process correctly two parcels for customers and without proof of service can’t claim back. (Flaw in drop and go system). Poorly trained staff! I will continue using Locks Wood Post Office where they know what they are doing!

I've had a number of things posted from here not arrive or be delayed due this. Ive raised it with them and I am just looked at like i'm an idiot. 3 times i've arrived and told the till isn't scanning right or working. I run a mail order business. This is not a post office. Its a till at the one stop, don't expect post office services from it
