- ARAmanda RappeFeb 9, 20241.0It’s really frustrating that a post office advertises its hours on the Royal Mail website and they are not the opening hours. My last 4 attempts at using the post office has been unsuccessful. Ive wasted a lot of time walking there and back home. I’ve tried mid morning, lunchtime and afternoon. My father went in at 16.10 and the lady behind the counter at the post office (not shop counter) told him she was closed. He stated that it was nearly an hour before closing and she snapped at him and told him we are closed! ROYAL MAIL….You need to update your opening hours on the website as the hours advertised are clearly not the hours opened. You also need to employ friendly staff!
