Including "COOK" frozen meals that are a little more expensive than you would normaly buy, but beats M&S and Waitrose for taste and price! Great friendly staff that are willing to help. Spar are all around the world and I have used so many of them, long live a local shop that will mabe cost a little more but well worth it!

The lady behind the mail desk has not once failed to disappoint me despite such demanding job. They are contracted to work with many delivery companies, not just Royal Mail. That's a massive bonus.
