it is clearly written that the post office is open from 11:30am. I was told that the post office will be open from 12 o'clock because there is no one to serve the goods as there are only two ladies in the store. Even though there were no people there, no one allowed me to send the parcels. I returned to the post office at 1:10 pm, they said the post office was already closed. The post office was open for one hour ? Amanda and her assistant (black hair) are not at all nice to the staff, they make presentations about someone wanting to send parcels. There were no people at the post office. There was no problem with someone accepting only packages from me.

Opening times advertised online are not up to date. Wasted 50 minutes of my time to walk there after work, carrying a heavy parcel only to find a note at the counter stating they close at 17h00. It's just not good enough.
