This was confusing. I understand Senior staff need to follow Royal Mail rules, but the explanation that I must pay for a large letter, or it would not be accepted for their own bag, simply unjustified. The interaction also felt somewhat dismissive. It would be helpful if staff explained decisions more clearly and respectfully. I also felt uncomfortable challenging the decision, as it seemed it might negatively affect how my post was handled, assuming it had high risk of not arriving to the destination.
