  First visit to the Basingstoke Post Office since it opened, and honestly, pleasantly surprised. Walked in expecting the usual chaos, but nope, the queue was short, moved quickly, and I was in and out with zero fuss. Staff seemed organised, everything ran smoothly, and it didn’t feel like the typical “bring a book and a packed lunch” kind of wait you sometimes brace for at a post office. If this is the new standard, they’ve absolutely nailed the operational side. Quick, efficient, job done.

  Staff need retraining chucking my receipt on the table and then saying give me money please is extremely unfriendly disgusting

  IT’S BY THE ANVIL ENTRANCE. There, I hope that helps someone. Google maps and 60 years of Basingstoke knowledge and it still took up all of my lunch hour to find.

  No help whatsoever with passport got told to do the photo at boots and handed a form and did not get the answers I or help I was after or all my questions answered

  Staff have on occasion been rather abrupt and unfriendly. Apart from that, it's great to have a Post Office in Basingstoke town centre again!
