Extremely rude and patronising staff member. I asked to pay in some £2 coins and was asked if I was a business to which I replied no. I had googled prior to attending whether post offices accept £2 coins in bags and they do. I was told that only businesses can pay in £2 coins and then he proceeded to patronisingly say “we are the post office not a bank”. I said “I know that, I do not deserve to be spoken to like that” and left. I should have stood my ground and said that you can pay money in at a post office, coins and notes. I was so taken aback at how he spoke to me. It was my first time going there and I will never go again.

I visited the post office with my dad yesterday, we needed to get some ID verified. Chris was so helpful, firstly I had to get photocopies of the documents and Chris with told me the made best place to sort those. Then when I returned he was attentive and very efficient. Thank you, Chris. 👍

Very poor customer service, the guy who works there left with one and a half hour before to end his shift!!! lol
I took a few hours off from work specially to pick up my parcel because they couldn’t deliver it yesterday (unknown reason)
Time lost and effort for nothing 😡
