If I could, I would rate this place 0 stars. Very disappointed with the service at the Aldershot Post Office. The lady working there lied and refused to attend to me, even though the store was still open. She stopped serving customers almost an hour before the official closing time. Poor customer service and very unprofessional behavior.

Literally impossible to find. There are no signs anywhere, you can wander round the entire Wellington Centre and not find it.

You've had my package for 3 weeks. I've paid the customs fee. You've now sent another bill for the same fee. I've been sitting on hold to your contact number waiting for someone to answer for 90 minutes now (during business hours- the stated times to call).
Joke of a mail facility. .... it's my family's Christmas gifts from overseas. You have an obligation to deliver once customs fees have been paid (to be clear- these are small gifts- under the regulations the per/person allocation is below ANY customs charge- but giving you the benefit of the doubt and have paid the full fee).
Or at least deliver my package to a nearby facility so I can go get it? (Not 30+ minutes away?)
Would give 0 stars if possible.
