- JBJohn ButterworthAug 13, 20261.0Won’t be using again post office counter lady today scanned and then refused to send evri package because I had recycled box from stash in the nearby car park - this is apparently ‘theft’ 🤣 now can’t re use my QR or send my package as she didn’t give me the label back and wont answer the phone. Terrible service before as well whenever this person referenced in other bad reviews (begins with L) Was semi regular customer spending in there as well (the other staff are lovely).

- JWJackie WilkinsApr 29, 20261.0Tried to return a parcel today via Amazon but it’s impossible as the current hand held device doesn’t seem to want to connect so after two failed visits I’ve given up..I’ve cancelled the return at this location and moved it to another Post Office in Finchampstead…I can’t pay full bags of coins in either even though it’s classed as a bank so I gave up on that a couple of years ago. It’s a tad frustrating with no banks locally but I find I can pay coin bags in at Blackwater and at Finchampstead so I will give up with this branch and go elsewhere from now on. It really isn’t worth wasting my time here and not being able to complete what I went in for.
