  I use this place quite often selling and buying from vinted. Im a shift worker and find it extremely hard to get there on time and when I do 3 out of 5 visits are wasted. Hours keep changing and quite frankly the older guy with glasses is so rude. Customer service training is definitely required. He snaps at people throws stuff on the counter and every customer is a chore to serve. I have really had to refrain from commenting on his attitude it stinks. This is the closest service without having to go into town. I've now resorted to having my parcels delivered to my home at an extra cost as I cannot tolerate the drama and attitudes of some of the staff. Please get a manager in there to get a grip of the shop and the staff.

  Queued for 20 minutes for the clearly miserable staff member to announce that his shift had ended and no further PO services were available. The shop is filthy and the employees are in urgent need of customer facing training.?. A deeply unhappy experience that I will never repeat.

  Zero Star option missing – Very disappointing customer service I visited this Post Office today to return two Amazon parcels. Amazon’s return process specifically gave me the option to return the parcels at this Post Office, so I arrived with the required barcodes. There was a very long queue, with only one person serving at the till while the other staff appeared to be occupied with other duties. After waiting for quite some time, I finally reached the counter and explained that I needed to return my Amazon parcels. The staff member simply said, “No Amazon labels at the moment, we can’t take them.” I explained that Amazon had directed me to this Post Office for the return and showed the barcode, but I was given the same response again. What disappointed me most was the lack of customer service. There was no apology, no explanation of when the service might be available, and no attempt to suggest an alternative or help resolve the issue. The interaction felt very dismissive. I understand that technical or operational issues can happen, but the way the situation was handled made the experience unnecessarily frustrating—especially after waiting in a long queue. Very poor customer experience. I hope the management looks into both the Amazon return service and the level of customer service provided.

  The amount of times I have been turned away while possessing valid id is astonishing. Drivers license isn’t enough apparently - you need your bloody first born to verify it’s you! I promise you I am not trying to steal a five pound top. The most difficult staff on the planet!!
