Terrible service. Huge queues, no apologies, no smile, no manners. Totally unprofessional. If this was any other business they wouldn’t have any customers

I use this Post Office regularly and find the young lady who has taken over in the last months to be very efficient and cheerful 😊

They try hard and are friendly, but on the numerous occasions I've visited it seems something is going wrong 🤦🏻 It's all a bit shambolic

This post office shares a site with a shop. Outside core opening hours of the post office, customers are redirected to shop tills. This is quite confusing, especially as there are staff unavailable at either service point at times. Post office staff are rude.

Post office workers extremely rude and unhelpful. I never seen this lady with red hair and glass being friendly and helpful. The way she talks to people has no manners. When you recruit people to serve they should check their abilities she has none of it
