The lady at the post office didn't want to give me my package today. She couldn't scan the barcode and said she needed a QR code. I showed her email from Amazon with barcode and pickup code and she didn't even want to read it and said she wouldn't give me the package.

The shop assistant quite grumpy and unpleasant. He could do with cheering up and be more helpful and more customer focus based.
It was quite a negative experience sending my parcel even though I was very polite replying to his rude comment.

A soul destroying experience every time. I have never been shown anything but a miserable, irritable attitude. Such a shame this is the post office that serves the Weeke community!

This Post Office has a bad reputation and I do understand why. They are quite often understaffed, causing long queues and some of the people who serve in the shop part are truly grumpy and unhelpful. I gave it four stars purely for the woman behind the post office counter with the red hair. She is friendly, professional and always does her best to help.

It would be helpful if they updated the availability of the counter- no apology when they close through lack of staff. Queues can be very long.
