- AМарина4 days ago1.0The lady at the post office didn't want to give me my package today. She couldn't scan the barcode and said she needed a QR code. I showed her email from Amazon with barcode and pickup code and she didn't even want to read it and said she wouldn't give me the package.

They are quite often understaffed, causing long queues and some of the people who serve in the shop part are truly grumpy and unhelpful. I gave it four stars purely for the woman behind the post office counter with the red hair. She is friendly, professional and always does her best to help.
