When I questioned this cost, it was suddenly £6 but still seemed extortionate for a letter. So I checked on post office online which said it was £2.85 and I bought the label online. The lady then refused to print it so I ran to Stanmore and sent it there. Not sure where my remaining £7.14 was going to go... Scam?

Good things: the letters arrive at their destinations, the post office is nearby.

And then she was like "no take it out of that because I don't want a hardback envelope", so I had to unwrap it in the middle of the shop without scissors and I was left with a piece of cardboard envelope (less than A4!) and I said can I pop it on your bin then and she was extremely rude about how she doesn't have space and can't take everyone's parcels. All I've done is drop my parcel as Amazon have specified. I actually cannot believe this level of completely unprompted rudeness. Go absolutely anywhere else but here.
