- NFNicole FalleurApr 11, 20265.0Great staff !! Fantastic service ! Best experience, couldn't be happier ! Girl at Post Office counter here was competent & did the job of returning parcels to Amazon third party sellers, more simply than anyone else at any other Post Office has done & explained my payment & delivery options very clearly & understandably to me, supervisor / manager was good & kind too. Personal service, seemed happy to please. Thank you. I would definitely use this place in future
- ASAngelica SalgadoFeb 17, 20231.0Should be no star review. Apparently don't do postages. What kind of post office don't do postages? 😡 Had to carry all the packages back home as obviously they don't do their jobs anymore. Don't bother coming there and expect any kind of proper service.
- NDNikki DNov 12, 20221.0Went specifically as website said open late. Got there an hour before stated close time and they were shut. I was told ‘obviously we had to close early’ and had closed 5 minutes before I arrived. Very unhelpful.
- LBLyn BrandenbergDec 20, 20211.0Wouldn't even give the service one star they are the most unfriendly rude unhelpful staff I have ever meet think both of the staff behind the desk need to go on training for customer service skills on how to speak to the public this is not the first time have been in there on a coupe of occasions to be greeted with unhelpful rude staff an elderly lady was before me in the queue and the way they spoke to her they should be ashamed of themselves they both require extra training as they are both not suitable for a customer service roll my advice is use another post office you may get a better reception
