Disgusting service.... Needed Euros and checked brief online and found Post Office @ 1.12 not the best price but the most convenient, as parking was non existence I had to send my wife in alone to purchase the currency. When she returned to the car I was shocked to see that she had only received an exchange rate of 1.04 Euros to the pound ! . I then entered PO to query this I was told that they give two different rates online and over the counter being less . staff member could not give reason. when I asked that I'd like to cancel the transaction and return the Euro that were purchased l was told that wasn't possible.SCAM!

The blonde woman who worked there the day I went in was really passive aggressive, actively sighed at me and hardcore judged me for not understanding how sending post to the EU works now we aren't in the EU like I'm supposed to know the ins and outs of the post office as well as someone who literally works there. One of the women was lovely and kind, an older woman with a very friendly vibe but that doesn't really make a difference when one is a see you next Tuesday. Have never been there since, never will again, happy that royal mail will collect packages from my house. (And if you didn't know they do that Google it! So much better)

Walked the 45 mins walk here today (Sunday) as the website stated post office was open even on the main door to the shop the sign says open AT THE till I Queued up to be told they are shut I pointed out that online and the door says they are open stuff replied well I don’t know how to do it and no one else is here
Train your staff properly or change your online and door signs to state that you are not open absolutely ridiculous
