- PSP SNov 22, 20231.0AWFUL - AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID An absolute joke. Arranged to send a few parcels via Royal Mail. Went to drop these off. Royal Mail and the Post Office are apparently now separate companies. Didn't know that, fine. The postmaster there was extremely rude, dismissive, arrogant and impatient. He whined loudly that the process fo RM parcels is that there's an additional print out which has to be supplied. You then just drop them into a sack. I explained that this was totally new to me, I understood that the parcles could be dropped off, with a receipt being provided as proof of postage. The next moan from him? "We are not the Royal Mail, we don't get any money for this". Stroppily scanned the parcels, provided the receipts. I am a grown man, can ocnduct myself calmly and politley - as I did here. I just hope the absurd behaviour he disaplyed is not on show with vulneralbe people. Also, it's gloomy, with empty shelves and a generally messy and gloomy atmosphere. Go to Burghfield instead. Utter jokers.

- MLme landzendMar 23, 20211.0I mentioned to the person behind the counter that one of the customers wasn't wearing a mask, the person behing the counter said that she MAY be exempt but the post office doesn't like to question the customers as to why they're not wearing a mask as the customers start to complain. Now that's quite unbelievable given what's going on.
