- NNNick NorrishJan 5, 20261.0Popped in to return a parcel via evri, and send a package via Royal Mail. The shopkeeper was rude from the outset. He threw one package on the floor, and when I challenged the disrespectful behaviour, he shrugged it off by saying he does the same to hundreds each day. The packaging of my other parcel then mysteriously ripped whilst being processed. I’m fairly certain RM won’t read this, so he’ll continue to be a nuisance, as per the other reviews.

I walked around the shop for a min or 2 with my shoe size box in hand, then had to wait for 5 mins for the assistant to come to the tills as she was re-stocking a fridge, even though when I walked we exchanged good mornings. Then after waiting she came up and said I'd have to come back at 8.30. Another reason for my low review though is that pastries on offer by the til look like they've been on display for a few weeks so I wouldn't recommend those at all. 2 stars as I don't blame the assistant for never being taught how to deal with customers.
