I asked how much a small parcel is. £5.25. Didn't buy and said it's too much. Got home and checked. Turns out he'd only given me the 1st class prices, didn't bother to mention I could send it a lot more cheaply 2nd class. (I hadn't specified the class or speed). The honestly don't care. They take advantage of people. Really poor.

Along with all the other reviews on here the people who run this Post Office should be ashamed of themselves, they make you feel like an incovienience using the Post Office, why run a customer facing buisness when you clearly hate people and have no time for people, horrid people. The Post Office should investigate them !! Avoid this place like the plague!

Practically threw it at her after informing her he had been counting and had lost count! I dread to think what else he would have said if I hadn't been standing nearby. Incredibly rude and aggressive in his manner - which is frightening for a teenaged girl who merely wanted to collect a parcel Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a grown man.
