- WRW RMay 14, 20261.0Unfortunately we have to use this shop due to Evri sending the parcels there. The owner is rude and disrespectful. I have to use the shop frequently to collect parcels and if other staff are serving there is never a problem but on every single occasion the owner deems it necessary to be awkward. I provide the tracking number, proof of address with photo id but every time he is serving he refuses to give me the parcel until after several wastes minutes of discussion he eventually passes the parcel over. It is only him that does this and all his other staff are polite and courteous, helping customers where they can… if I could avoid using this shop I really would. The other reviews speak for themselves

- VHVince HillierNov 2, 20201.0Had a parcel taken here by parcel force, checked the post office opening time, clearly states 9pm, so at 7:30 I take the 5min drive, to be met with 2 staff members quite obviously behind the post office glass who completely ignore me tapping on the window, I the see a staff member who actually wished to assist me, she spoke to the staff behind the glass, and I was told they where closed, and to come back before 5! If I was at home before 5, I wouldn't need to come to your grotty shop to collect my parcel would I, as like most of the nation I work til 5/6 pm, so I am unable to be at home! Also informed them they should update the google page! Poor poor customer service
- OOOlgaFeb 1, 20191.0:( Не приду сюда больше!!!! :( Много раз приходилось использовать эту почту(рядом с домом) и каждый раз проблемы.. Возвращали посылку несколько раз, из-за не правильного приема. Например, мы хотели задекларировать содержимое посылки, а нам всегда говорили, что почта сделала за нас.. в итоге, спустя два месяца, посылка возвращалась, и нам приходилось платить повторно, чтобы переотправить.. :( Если отправляете посылку не в страны ЕС, то всегда просите бланк и заполняйте сами, не надейтесь на почту.. Второй случай: вес посылки был 2кг 5 грамм и нам не разрешили отправлять за £15,сказали :"надо заплатить £20,так как перевес в 5гр" ..ЧТО????? Мы убрали весь скотч, которым заклеивали посылку и оказалось 1кг 995гр и приемщица удивлённо посмотрела на нас и приняла посылку за £15.. При том что скотч мы опять использовали, и перевес вернулся..)))) Клейте посылки после того, как вы поставите на весы, чтобы видели вес до заклейки..

The owners took it to her house themselves so she would get it in time for Christmas as she is not able bodied and could not get to the Post Office. What great spirit and commitment.
