- BBBen “Beekeeper Ben”Sep 11, 20261.0Lady manager is super rude calling me out to be a liar in front of a shop load of people twice, this was over the weight of a parcel I was delivering. I don’t have scales at my house, it was a bike I was posting and the box and packaging took the item over weigh. All she needed to do was adjust the postage cost. I didn’t lie I just guessed the weight but she made me help her lift the box over waist hight to put the box on the desk top scales, I had to balance it there so she could run and look at the screen. There was no need to be rude about it. I think she was mad because she told me the parcel was to long she only take Parcels under 130cm but I had already been online to book it in and it stated 150cm with parcel force and my parcel was 138cm. I understand the shop is small and they have many items for delivery that why I took it there to double checked they had room out of courtesy and the post man had just left so there was only 2 parcels there. When I left I said thank you bye and she ignored me so I said it again just be be ignored again. i will be using another shop from now on

Then rifled through their completely disorganised mess of parcels and said they lost it. Came back multiple times, even went behind the counter to have a look myself. They are utterly incompetent, don't send your parcels here!
