- ECEllie CSep 14, 20264.0If you have a parcel sold online going to this Post Office, as the buyer's Click and Collect, it is worth calling them if the tracking is not updated. My Evri tracking did not update beyond saying delivery was attempted on a certain date, and then nothing. I was able to obtain details of the Post Office and called them to query if they had it, and they did. It had not been scanned in. The young man I spoke to was very pleasant, and helpful. Once they had scanned it, I was able to advise the buyer is was now ready for collection and he was, of course, absolutely thrilled.

He asked me to join the back of the queue after waiting prior to that. Id finished organising the money I was banking so that it was easy for him to do, as I aware it was a lot of money to put away. The whole experience from start to finish was disappointing as i had done my best to make easy to organise, and to be told I have an “attitude” and have my money physically chucked back at me is appalling and I won’t be using my local post office anymore.

I don't really understand, as whenever I've worked in shops I was always told to drop all my tasks as soon as a customer needed serving. One time I said I really had to send it quickly as I had somewhere to be, and they then decided they could serve me there and then, so I don't understand why they asked me to wait in the first place if someone was available and it was technically open. There was no queue. The staff are friendly and kind, just quite inefficient.
