And the refusal to send more than two packages—which were barely larger than a pack of cigarettes—wasn't exactly polite. You won't get far with customer service like that; you make money from this, yet you don't respect your customers. I'll find somewhere else that's more pleasant!
- SESHARON ELLISJun 23, 20265.0Helpful with sending and collecting parcels even when they clearly have boxes and boxes and piles and piles of parcels around the till and shelf units opposite the till. They cater for all couriers, except In Post I believe. Only downside is there is offen a queue, a lot of people waiting to pay at till or use courier/post office counter, so the queue is down the aisles, cant access the aisle due to queue, hence quite a wait sometimes. Handy later/weekend opening times which is useful for Post Office when needed too. ⭐️
