In the end I paid for the packaging which I didn't need and they still were not able to send my parcel. I went to another post office and there was no issues. I will never use their service again .

Told me I needed to retape my box despite me telling her I ran out of tape and couldn’t afford to buy more. Told me I had to fill out a customs form, even when I told her 3 times I had a QR code and said she couldn’t send it because of the weight. I’ve always sent parcels before and never had so many issues. It seems like she was avoiding doing anything as she kept coming up with reasons not to process my parcel.
