The English woman is the most unfriendly and rudest person that has served me in a shop for years.
She literally threw my parcel I was returning into a large bin, I am glad it wasn’t breakables.
Another instance recently I arrived ten minutes prior to the PO closing, I politely said apologies a bit later with this returned parcel, yes she said you are, and I want to get home.
The family who runs the business are polite and friendly. I would give them 5 stars.
If I get a similar reaction from her again I will go somewhere else.
She will be the cause of the public not using the PO.
She needs the boot.
