On several occasions, staff have been present in the shop but the counter has remained closed. It would greatly improve customer service if more staff were trained to cover the post office counter during peak times so it doesn’t need to shut completely. Very frustrating.

Had to collect a parcel that had been left there and despite someone being behind the counter, they refused to give me the parcel as 'they were closing' (an hour early to be accurate). Was told they'd be open all day the next day and like a fool, I went to collect my parcel. Lo and behold, the PO was once again closed for the entire day. The poor management is astounding. Just hope I am able to finally get my parcel tomorrow before it is sent back...
