I've tried to send a parcel three times already, only to be told today, AGAIN, that it was closed 40 minutes before the stated closing time, both online and on the door. When I asked what time it closes tomorrow, I was met with a nonchalant, 'I have no idea, look on the door.' What?! The employees don't even know when they close?! People like this have no place in customer service! The brunette lady was at the counter today. How can you employ people like this?! If you plan your day to visit this post office, spare yourself the journey and disappointment! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!
