Absolutely shocking service. Waited in a queue while two of the ladies serving gossiped to people they obviously knew over the counter. When a third member of staff came out with a face on her and called me over she managed an amazing feat of being as unhelpful as possible. Even saying “hello” was a task too much for her. After refusing to help me and giving me some flakey excuse to disguise her laziness, I left rather than getting into a battle of wits with her, to go to another branch and receive really helpful service. I have had to give one star here but that is far too generous
