- LFLinda Forbes5 days ago2.0Couple of decent counter staff but there are two women who clearly don't like their jobs. Very rude miserable workers. But it doesn't matter now as this post office is closing down. God help any company that takes these two miserable woman on.

The member of staff behind the post office counter would be far better suited to a back-of-house role, as dealing with the public is evidently not her strong suit. Being rude, condescending and dismissive towards customers is simply not good enough, and it is precisely the reason my family will no longer be giving this shop our custom.

A getleman was buying some stamps etc and asked if he could have some pound coins , her reply was no we are not a bank .. how rude all the people behind us were shocked . One scarey creature .

The opening of the Post Office clearly doesn't reflect the times posted outside or on the official website. They could have been more polite and explained why they wasn't open but I was basically told off for not coming when they were open. Its NOT my fault you advertise the wrong hours. Rude and Unprofessional
