- DWDebbie WoodrowJun 18, 20263.0It is busy and there's not a lot of room to queue can be slow
- CCChloe ChiversMay 30, 20262.0Opening times are shocking, very unreliable with only one counter which causes queues, sometimes there are 'issues with the tills' which leaves customers stuck. Went to pick up a parcel and was told to go back another time because the post office counter was shut, but with myself working full time and the post office opening hours its hard to judge when to go. I try to avoid this post office as much as I can in the future.
- LDLeon DavisAug 21, 20251.0Ridiculously unreliable. I'd say 5/10 times I go in during the advertised opening hours the post office counter is closed. Today I was told it wouldn't be open until 'about 12' totally useless if you're relying on their services with any timescale in mind.
- JBJames BuxeySep 1, 20211.0Acknowledging there is still issues around COVID the post office wasn't open and and was asked to return at 1:50 ?? With no posted opening hours for the post office how are customers supposed to know when it's open. Luckily there is a 'convenience' store with clearer post office timings near by so will use that instead. Local shops need to be careful as they will lose business
